Software Return Policy

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If one of our products does not meet your expectations, we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly. 

Trial versions of software is available prior to purchase, therefore, all software sales should be considered final. Please understand this policy is designed to deter software piracy and unlawful use.

To avoid the need for returns, check the System Requirements for each title and take advantage of the trial period.  During the trial period, ensure that the software functions properly.  If the software does not function as expected, please direct questions to support@BlueSymphony.com so that we may have an opportunity to address your conerns.
