Purchase Instructions
Trial versions of software are available prior to purchase, therefore, all software sales are final. Verify that the trial version functions as expected on your computer prior to purchasing. View the return policy for additional details.
To purchase online:
- Install the trial version of the software, either by downloading it or from the installation CD and run the software
- Click the "Purchase" button (Requires an internet connection)
- Click the "Buy Now" link for the software you wish to purchase and follow the prompts.
- When prompted, enter the registration number located in the lower left corner of the first screen that is displayed when you run the software.
To purchase by mail:
- Install the trial version of the software, either by downloading it or installing it from the installation CD and run the software.
- Record the registration number located in the lower left corner of the first screen that is displayed when you run the software.
- Mail the following to Blue Symphony, 520 W. 103rd Street, #176, KCMO, 64114:
- Registration number (located in the lower left corner of the first screen that is displayed when you run the software)
- Payment remitted to Blue Symphony
- Contact information: name, address, city, state, zip code, email address
Register your software:
- You will receive a license key and username, which will be sent to the email address or mailing address that you provided
- Open the software you have purchased
- Click the "Register" button and enter the license key and username, then click "OK".
